I don't think there is a way to change the order of pics in an album. The newest pics show up first, and the oldest ones show up last (in the order in which they were uploaded).
- Create pages (maybe as subpages to your Engineering Teams page?) and put pics (or links to pics) with descriptions and such there (in any order you want
- Create new albums for the things you are wanting to put in order and upload the photos in separate albums
- Upload your photos to your album in the order you wish for them to appear (that may not be practical, I know)
